Website privacy

Privacy should match what the site actually does.

This policy covers the Admix Software company website. It does not replace the separate privacy terms for products with different data flows.

Draft for legal review

This policy reflects the current local implementation and planned contact workflow. Production remains blocked until assumed-name evidence, immutable policy revisions, retention and jurisdiction facts, final text, and explicit approval are recorded.

Who operates this website

Admix Software is an assumed name of Admix LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. In this policy, “Admix,” “we,” and “us” refer to Admix LLC operating as Admix Software.

Information the website processes

Category Examples Source
Identifiers and contact information Email address, optional name, and optional organization when provided through email or an available form Submitted by the visitor
Communication content Email subject and message text Submitted by the visitor
Internet and technical information IP address, request time, requested path, response status, user agent, referrer, and security or diagnostic events Browser, hosting environment, and reverse proxy

Technical request and security data

When a browser requests a page, the hosting environment and reverse proxy may process technical data such as the IP address, request date and time, requested path, response status, browser or user-agent information, referring page, and diagnostic or security events.

The application does not add analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or behavioral profiling.

Problem-description submissions

The website contact form is currently unavailable, so the site does not accept or store form submissions. For a general non-sensitive question, use the contact method shown on the contact page.

Information you send by email or through a linked support service

If you email Admix, Admix and its email provider receive or process the information needed to deliver and handle the message. That may include the sender and recipient addresses, subject, message text, attachments, timestamps, and ordinary routing, spam-screening, and security metadata. Admix uses that information to review and respond to the message, protect its communications, and keep appropriate business or legal records.

If you use a product's linked public issue tracker, the issue-tracker provider processes the information you choose to submit under its own terms and privacy practices. Public issue trackers are public. Do not include private text, credentials, financial details, server secrets, customer data, or other sensitive information in email or a public issue.

How information is used

Admix uses website information only as reasonably needed to:

  • serve, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website;
  • detect abuse, investigate failures, and protect the website and its users;
  • review and respond to messages or problem descriptions when intake is enabled;
  • keep business records when a conversation develops into an ongoing business relationship; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations or protect legal rights.

Disclosure and service providers

Depending on the feature used, the categories of recipients or service providers are:

  • Microsoft Azure for website infrastructure and security;
  • Google Workspace for direct business email;
  • infrastructure, security, legal, accounting, and other professional providers used to operate, protect, or advise the business;
  • GitHub or another public issue tracker only when a visitor voluntarily follows that link and submits information there; and
  • government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, protect rights or safety, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Admix does not sell website personal information, rent it to data brokers, or use it for cross-context or cross-site behavioral advertising.

Retention

No retention schedule is published in this unapproved review build. The missing operational facts remain release blockers.

Cookies and local storage

The current website has no analytics, advertising, personalization, or marketing cookies.

The currently enabled pages do not set an application cookie or use browser local storage.

See the cookies page for the current inventory.

Security

Admix uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to limit unnecessary collection and protect website information. These include encrypted transport, restrictive browser security headers, bounded form fields, anti-forgery protection, and layered abuse controls when the contact form is available. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

To request access to or information about personal information Admix controls, request correction or deletion, withdraw an Analytics choice, or ask a privacy question, email legal@admixsoftware.com. Describe the communication, approximate date, email address, or other limited details reasonably needed to locate the record. Do not send passwords, government identification, financial records, or other sensitive identity documents through ordinary email unless Admix specifically determines that they are necessary.

Admix may use a verification method proportionate to the request and the information involved. Applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution exceptions may limit a request. Admix will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The website does not respond to the older browser Do Not Track signal because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting it. The website recognizes Global Privacy Control as a request to keep optional Analytics disabled. Admix does not use the website for cross-site behavioral advertising, and Google Analytics is not loaded unless the visitor explicitly allows it.

Separate product privacy boundaries

Admix SpeakDeck

Selected text, microphone audio, transcripts, settings, installed voices, and local diagnostics are covered by the product-specific policy.

Read SpeakDeck privacy

Easy Budget Checker

Its financial-product privacy, terms, cookies, and disclaimers remain authoritative inside that product. They are not replaced by this company-site policy.

Valheim WebMap

Server operators control the self-hosted map, viewer access, enabled game-server data, network exposure, and retention. The company-site policy does not cover that telemetry as though Admix hosted it.

Children's privacy

This is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under 13. A person under 13 should not submit the contact form or use a linked support channel to send personal information. If Admix learns that a submission came from a child under 13, it will restrict handling and delete the information as required by applicable law. A parent or guardian with a concern may contact legal@admixsoftware.com.

International access

Admix operates from the United States. Website technical data and communications may be processed in the United States or in other locations where the service providers used by Admix operate.

Changes to this policy

Admix may update this policy when the website, contact workflow, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page and identified by a revised effective date. When a change materially affects an optional Analytics choice, the stored consent version will change and visitors will be asked to choose again. When practical, Admix may also provide a prominent website notice before a material change takes effect.

Contact

Privacy and legal questions may be sent to legal@admixsoftware.com. Do not use that address to send credentials, financial records, production data, or other sensitive material.
