Operator and privacy notice
Valheim WebMap is controlled by the server operator.
Valheim WebMap is self-hosted with a Valheim dedicated server. During normal use, Admix does not receive the live game-server or map information described on this page.
Admix's role
Admix LLC operating as Admix Software maintains the edition described by this notice. Admix does not become the operator of a self-hosted server merely because that server uses Valheim WebMap.
Information the operator may expose
Depending on enabled server features, the browser companion may display map exploration, markers, portal links, player names and positions, direction, health, stamina, biome or status, world day and time, sleep state, chat, joins and leaves, boats, crypts, raids, temporary death markers, and related server state. Player visibility also depends on each player's Valheim visibility setting.
Who controls the information
The person or organization running the dedicated server controls the WebMap instance, its feature switches, network exposure, viewers, authentication for protected editing or administrator actions, and any server or reverse-proxy logs. Admix does not operate that instance and does not receive its normal self-hosted telemetry.
Viewer and administrator access
Authentication protects editing and administrator actions in the inspected implementation. That does not establish authentication for every normal browser view. Operators should assume enabled map, player, chat, and server information may be visible to anyone who can reach the WebMap address unless the operator adds and verifies a stronger access boundary.
Operator responsibilities
Before making WebMap reachable outside a trusted network, the operator is responsible for understanding and configuring access control, TLS or a reverse proxy, firewall and port exposure, user notice or consent where required, log contents and retention, backups, administrator access, and applicable law. Do not expose the map publicly until those controls and the exact release guidance are understood.
Third-party environment
Valheim, BepInEx, the operating system, browser, hosting provider, and any reverse proxy or authentication service may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. This notice describes the Admix-maintained Valheim WebMap boundary and does not replace those third-party policies.
Unofficial community mod
Valheim WebMap is an unofficial community mod. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or supported by Iron Gate AB or Coffee Stain Publishing AB. Valheim and related marks belong to their respective owners. Use of mods is at the user's own risk, and compatibility with future game versions is not guaranteed.
