Operator and acceptance

Admix Software is an assumed name of Admix LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website purpose

The website provides information about Admix Software, its products, support materials, and ways to describe a software problem or ask a general business question. Website content is informational and may be changed, corrected, or removed.

Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, quote, promise of acceptance, commitment to perform work, price, schedule, support entitlement, or product roadmap commitment. A binding engagement exists only through a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, infrastructure, accounts, or data;
• interfere with availability, security, rate limits, or normal operation;

Products, downloads, and support

Product maturity and public availability are separate. A product page may describe working software while its public application, Marketplace listing, package, or download remains unavailable. Current availability is shown by the product page and any working link it provides.

Products may include separate license terms, privacy policies, installation requirements, compatibility limits, security guidance, support boundaries, and third-party notices. Those product-specific materials control for that product when they conflict with general website information.

A product is publicly available only when its page provides a working application, Marketplace, or download link. Downloadable software will not be offered until the applicable product license or terms and required third-party notices are available. These Website Terms do not grant a license to install, copy, redistribute, modify, or use downloadable software.

Submitting a support issue does not guarantee a response, resolution, update, compatibility fix, or response time and does not create a service-level agreement. Support may be limited by product version, platform, release status, available information, and available resources. Do not use a contact or support channel for emergencies or time-critical safety matters.

Intellectual property

The website's original text, design, branding, and Admix-created materials are owned by Admix LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for its intended purpose. No other license is granted except where a specific product, download, or third-party notice says otherwise.

Third-party products and links

The website may refer or link to third-party products, platforms, game software, marketplaces, issue trackers, voices, libraries, or services. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

No professional advice

Company-site information is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Easy Budget Checker has separate product-specific financial disclaimers and legal materials; this website does not replace them.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Admix does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Admix LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use this website. Severability and entire website terms

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These terms are the entire agreement concerning use of the company website. The website privacy policy is a separate notice describing data practices; neither document replaces a separate product license or signed business agreement.
